Privacy Policy: Any information provided to Hot Rod Barstools is considered private information. We do not provide your information to any company or third party for any reason. Hot Rod Barstools reserves the right to use third party payment processing and assures the user that all of their information is held confidential. All credit card payments are secured by Verisign and Paypal. We are never provided with your full credit card number.
Shipping: All products, except Special Order Table Tops and Custom Table Tops are now in stock and available for shipping. Orders are confirmed within 2 days of placement (allowing for weekends and holidays) and generally ship out within 3 days of confirmation of your order.
Shipping and handling charges are automatically added to the total amount of the order. Sales tax is added only to Wisconsin orders. Shipping is by our choice of carriers. If you have a shipper preference or service, please send a comment with your order and we will get you a quote and adjust any additional charges with your prior approval. Please let us know if there are any particular carriers that will not deliver to your shipping address.
Any purchase being shipped outside the lower 48 U.S. States will require extra shipping and handling charges. Additional charges will be added to your credit card with your prior approval. Canadian and International customers may find that when their order is delivered by carrier they are required to pay an extra shipping, customs, broker, or duty fee. The shipping charge from Hot Rod Barstools only covers our part in getting your package(s) to your destination. We cannot be responsible for Canadian or International Customs Fees or Duties. Please be aware of this and of the fact that you may need a customs broker.
Return Policy: Hot Rod Barstools wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order, so we offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with one of our products for any reason, just send it back to us in the same condition it was sent to you (with all packaging intact), and we will accommodate your request for a refund. Shipping costs, either way, will not be refunded on returns. All returns must first have an authorization number, which can be obtained by emailing sales@hotrodbarstools.com and be returned within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Any damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours in order for us to file a claim with the carrier. There can be no returns on special orders or custom orders.
